All of our newly installed systems are offered an aftercare package. We offer three service levels to support your new system for years to come.
Takeover
If you’ve recently moved in to a property or your existing system is unsupported, get in touch to see how we can maintain and customise your system to suit your needs.
One off repair
We are able to provide one off repairs to many automation systems on a call out basis. If your smart home has developed on issue and you need help, then contact us for support.
Technology can need a little help from time to time and needs looking after.
It happens and it can be frustrating, but that’s why we’re here for you. From software and firmware updates to hardware, it’s fairly inevitable that at some point systems will have a little hiccup and not respond as required. If that happens we are ready to respond. In many cases we can resolve issues remotely, just one of the many benefits to a professionally installed smart home.
